The official azalea flower for 2010 was design by Paige Owen an 11th grade student at Pickens High School.  Winner of the Azalea Festival Art Contest, sponsored by the Pickens Rotary Club.

Miss Owens's design is used in publicity throughout  the Azalea Festival and on the 2010 Official Azalea Festival t-shirt.  2010 Azalea Festival t-shirts are still available at Stockade' n Stuff Antiques on hwy 8 in Pickens, contact them at 864-979-4891.
